Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, you’ll just need to give 30 days notice. Your subscription will end after the period you have paid for. You will be able to utilise your plan until your subscription has been cancelled.
What is Nectar’s refund policy?
You get a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans. Submit your request via
WhatsApp. The money-back guarantee becomes void if you’ve claimed a free product within that period.
Can I upgrade / downgrade My Subscription?
Yes, you downgrade or upgrade any plan at any time. You’ll just need to give 30 days notice. Submit your request via
WhatsApp. You will be able to utilise your plan during the 30 day notice period until your subscription has been cancelled.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay using the following payment methods:
- All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and UnionPay.
- Wire transfer (upon request).
Do I have to pay for shipping FREE items?
No! Once you subscribe to a plan you will not be expected to pay for anything else associated with your plan. All costs including shipping will be cared for by us.
Do I have to manually renew my annual subscription after a year?
No, we will automatically renew your subscription to keep building your consecutive months otherwise the free upgrade on the Guru plan will be void. You can request to cancel your subscription at any point.
What happens to my benefits when I upgrade or downgrade plans?
Upgrading or downgrading plans will restart a completely new plan. Any consecutive months of your previous plan will not be carried over.
What subscription plan will be better for me?
The Starter plan is a basic plan and good for anyone who doesn’t use their device regularly, it contains enough free items to keep your device going throughout the year.
The Master plan is great for regular users who want to minimise the efforts associated with maintaining a device and have cover for accidental breakage. You will also receive a free refurbished version of your device every 12 months to ensure you’re always vaping in peace.
The Guru plan has been designed for ultimate peace of mind - it eliminates almost every possibility of something going wrong and includes cleaning kits and filters kits every two months, batteries you can use as spare (or in case your one has been damaged), and more. The standout benefit of the Guru plan is receiving a free upgrade to our latest device (or one of your choice) after 24 months, regardless of the price tag!

How do I get the sitewide discount included in my plan?
Monthly subscribers will receive a unique discount code via
email within 14-30 days of subscribing. Annual subscribers will receive a unique discount code within 24hrs of subscribing. Your unique discount code will valid for the duration of your plan and will automatically expire when your plan has been cancelled.
How and when do I get my free battery replacement?
Monthly subscribers can claim a free battery replacement once every 6 months of consecutive subscription.
Annual subscribers can claim a free battery replacement at any point throughout their subscription.

What are the benefits of next day replacement?
If your plan includes a benefit which allows your device to be replaced, we generally require you to send the faulty device back to us before sending out a replacement. Next day replacement ensures we dispatch a replacement vaporizer immediately when you make a successful claim (before we receive your faulty device), so you can get back to vaping quickly and efficiently.
