If you wish to replace the cooling unit then simply detach it from the vape, by pulling on it. Then, place the new one in its place. However, if you’re wanting to take the cooling unit apart and clean off any residue, then follow these steps. Firstly, remove the rubber holder on the bottom of the cooling unit by pushing it outwards using your thumb, then remove the horseshoe clip using tweezers from your accessory pack, then pull out the ceramic mouthpiece, and finally, turn the rubber holder inside out to remove the ceramic filter and rubber holder filter. Now, with a cloth dipped in isopropyl alcohol, slowly brush away any leftover residue. This will ensure perfect cleanliness.

So far everything delivered looks great, however with some confusion.
The product information implies that I should’ve received either 2 units each in their own pack or 1 pack with 2 units in.
Neither of these are true ! Or course you only get 1 and this is just yet another case of poor advertising at best…
Easy to use
I got these as they were cheap. I have not used them but I am willing to bet there will be no problem if I do as they are direct replacements for the existing.
Mine broke after 2 years and glad that I can purchase a new one
